you in harmony with yourself and your body
What I want to say is that it doesn't matter what country you were born in, what language you speak natively, what color or age you are, or social status, here we are all the same, open, vulnerable, willing to seek answers to those questions which we all have or had.
Whether you want to meet other women like you, want to experience healing techniques, are looking for a change and don't know where to start, want to do something different than you normally do on a Saturday?
Come with us, we have prepared some wonderful hours in which you are guaranteed to charge your batteries and have enough tools to enter the routine with a different mindset.
What are we going to do?
👭 Opening the Circle - This is where we get to know each other.
💬 Open Conversations - We will discuss the situations we face every day, where together we will search for meaning.
🧘♀️ Trust Practices - Tools to connect with ourselves.
☯️ Feminine-Male Balance - Exploring the harmony between the two energies
♥️ Self-Love - Exercises to cultivate self-compassion.
It's time to meet again, this time everyone is welcome, the event will be held in English.
If you own a business and want the girls to know about it, I invite you to bring us flyers, business cards or even samples of what you create or offer.
Are you almost at the end of your marriage, you can't communicate anymore, or maybe you never did?
Do you want to give your relationship one last chance?
We have been taught wrongly what love is...
What would it be like to love and be loved unconditionally, without judging, without criticizing, or without serving others first, and then expecting that "love" in return...
To be able to truly, sincerely and cleanly love someone, it is necessary to start with self-love.
Here we will learn to put the ego aside and open the doors to communication, without judgment but with lots of love.
Each of you is invited to bring your own baggage, along with your past, hurts and personal beliefs, you will discover that being vulnerable and communicating authentically is not just a choice, but a necessity for a healthy relationship.
Our cells have memories, so it is necessary to release the past, accept the present and build a new future!
With a perfect balance between theory and practice, this workshop will guide you through exercises that will help you build a solid team and get to know each other better.
Me and You Perfect Imperfect

Feminism Circle
My dears,
Because you asked me, and because there was no way I could let such a day pass without meeting, I decided on March 8 to create a circle of femininity, an intimate and comfortable space dedicated to exploring and embracing the essence our feminine

Me & You, perfect - imperfect
It will be a different Valentine's Day, a unique journey, where we will explore together not only the pleasant side of your relationship, but also those deeper aspects, those baggage that we bring with us on the journey of life.
We were taught love wrong!

Rediscover gentleness, the childlike soul, vulnerability, empathy, understanding, and knowledge.
The first step towards self-love is healing the inner child, a psychological and emotional process aimed at recovering and revitalizing our vulnerable parts often affected by childhood experiences.
This involves acknowledging and treating emotional wounds, exploring repressed emotions, and building a healthy relationship with the part of ourselves that was impacted in the past.
Regarding forgiving parents, this process involves awareness and acceptance of past mistakes or shortcomings, as well as releasing resentments and guilt associated with them.
Forgiveness doesn't necessarily mean approving parents' actions or completely forgetting the wounds but rather freeing ourselves emotionally from the past to live in the present.
This can start with empathy toward our own suffering and then extending that empathy to our parents.
It's essential to understand that our parents are imperfect human beings, subjected to life's pressures and challenges. In each of them, you find a wounded, scared, or neglected inner child, and they too had parents, and so on... transmitting what needs healing, releasing, and forgiving from one generation to another.
Our cells carry memories, hence the need to release the past, accept the present, and build a new future!

Between two worlds
It was an immense joy for me to know about the initiatives of the Belgian government in support of the mental health and integration of Romanians, the desire to create a favourable environment, where the Romanian community can feel this country at home.
My desire to help is great, always has been and always will be.
Later I understood that helping does not necessarily mean giving money, but also giving a smile, another perspective, a kind word or a sincere hug.
I met wonderful people with the same mission, and together we can do more good.
The "Between Two Worlds" workshop was sponsored by ADR-Vlaanderen and I would like to express my gratitude for the support given.
I feel blessed knowing that I have people with me who support this cause.
Thank you for your support and involvement!
